How to recycle Anainas?
Our containers are made of recyclable HDPE and we are committed to the use of biodegradable materials such as the wood of our plugs and the absence of unnecessary packaging, but there are certain rules to take into account before throwing them into the yellow container. As a rule, it is advisable to separate the wooden caps and the bottle reducers, since they are usually made of a different material and if we leave them in, in the waste sorting plants they will discard that packaging and it will not be recycled. The same will happen if we leave liquid inside the containers.
What can we do with non-recyclable products?
At Anainas, we make decisions that backed by the circular economy can provide solutions. For example, we encourage family play with these materials so that these useful resources do not end up accumulated in landfills or incinerated. For this, our shipping boxes are designed to become a small puppet theatre and the caps of our containers have multiple second uses such as: wall hangers, pieces to play noughts and crosses, wheels to play, etc.
With this initiative we aim to contribute to Goals 9 and 12 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s)
