Payment methods

How do I formalize my order?

Once your shopping cart is full, click "Checkout" to start the purchasing process. You can formalize your purchase as a guest or by using your own data on "Login". If you wish, you can consult our Privacy Policy.

Fill in the fields and choose your favorite payment method. By clicking "Confirm purchase" and right after the payment process has been completed, you will see the order confirmation and will immediately receive this information by email.

We will issue an invoice with the information you have provided and you will receive it in your email as soon as we have proof of payment.

What payment methods can I choose?

Transfer

In order to use the conventional transfer, write down the account number we provide on our website. It must be made in Euros with all possible exchange and bank commissions to be paid by you. The transfer must be made within 3 days of placing the order.

In order to avoid delays and the expiring of the order form, please indicate in the Subject line your order number and your name and surname. If you wish, you can send us the transfer receipt to hola@anainas.com and we will validate your purchase immediately.

Paypal/Stripe

These are the most widely used systems on the internet for credit card payments and are totally secure. The data entered are not displayed or stored by us at any moment, since the entire process is performed on the servers of Paypal or Stripe. No extra costs will be applied for your purchase with these payment methods.
